RMC Momentum Reward Program

1. Eligibility & Participation

By participating in the RMC Momentum Reward Program ("the Program"), you agree to all terms outlined below. These terms are final and non-negotiable.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, the RMC team reserves the right to implement identity verification at any stage of the Program.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities will result in IMMEDIATE and PERMANENT disqualification:

  • Using multiple accounts (alt accounts) to earn additional rewards
  • Using a gambling-associated wallet address — funds sent to such wallets may be permanently inaccessible and the RMC team bears NO responsibility for this
  • Selling, swapping, or transferring RMC between wallets to manipulate holder status or multiplier tiers
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to farm engagement points
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
  • Attempting to claim rewards on behalf of another person
  • Attempting to exploit bugs, loopholes, or errors in the reward system
  • Colluding with other participants to unfairly boost points or rewards

Participants found engaging in any of the above will have ALL pending and future rewards permanently revoked without notice.

4. Wallet Responsibility

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:

You are solely responsible for providing the correct Solana wallet address. If you submit an incorrect wallet address and rewards are sent to that address, those funds are NOT recoverable. The RMC team is NOT at fault and will NOT replace, refund, or reissue those rewards under any circumstances.

5. Reward Vesting Schedule

All RMC rewards are subject to a 4-week vesting period. Your total reward allocation is broken into 4 equal portions (25% each) that unlock every Sunday.

How It Works — Step by Step:

  1. You earn points through real engagement (follows, shares, stream participation, gifted subs).
  2. When you reach the minimum 50 points, you can submit a claim.
  3. Your total points (with any holder multiplier applied) are converted to RMC at the current rate.
  4. That total RMC amount is then split into 4 equal weekly portions.
  5. Each portion unlocks on the following Sundays after your claim date.
  6. After all 4 Sundays, you will have received 100% of your reward.

Example: You earn 200 points with a 1.5x multiplier

Adjusted points: 200 x 1.5 = 300 points

Total RMC reward: 300 x 100 = 30,000 RMC

Sunday 1: 7,500 RMC unlocked (25%)

Why do we vest rewards?

Vesting protects the RMC community by preventing instant sell-offs. It ensures that reward holders are genuinely committed to the ecosystem and not just farming tokens to dump. This benefits every single RMC holder.

6. Holder Multipliers

Participants who already hold RMC tokens receive a multiplier bonus on their reward calculation:

Multipliers are verified on-chain at the time of claim. Attempting to temporarily inflate your balance (e.g., borrowing tokens) to gain a higher multiplier is considered manipulation and will result in disqualification.

7. Anti-Fraud & Multi-Account Policy

The RMC team uses multiple methods to detect and prevent multi-account abuse, including but not limited to:

If you are found to be operating multiple accounts, ALL associated accounts will be permanently banned and ALL rewards (pending and future) will be revoked. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

8. Selling & Swapping Policy

Participants who sell or swap their RMC tokens during the vesting period will forfeit any remaining unvested rewards. Additionally:
